Terms of Service

Last updated: [Last updated: e.g. 4 July 2026]

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the hosting services provided by Bleed.host ("Bleed", "we", "us"). By creating an account, placing an order, or using our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Who we are

Bleed.host is a provider of game server, Discord/bot, and related hosting services operated by [legal entity name], [registered address]. You can reach us at legal@bleed.host.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use our services. If you are under 18 you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian and that they accept these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Services

We provide game server and bot hosting on shared physical hardware. Server resources (RAM, CPU, storage) are provisioned according to the plan you purchase. Services are provided on an "as available" basis and may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice.

Any performance figures, uptime percentages or hardware specifications shown on our website are targets and descriptions, not guarantees, unless expressly stated in a written service-level agreement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to host, store, transmit or link to any content or activity that is unlawful, or that infringes the rights of others. This includes, without limitation: content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours; malware, phishing, or fraud; child sexual abuse material; content that harasses or incites violence; and material that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.

You must not use our network to launch or participate in denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, port scanning, spam, cryptocurrency mining outside of what your plan permits, or any activity that degrades service for other customers or breaches a game publisher's terms.

We may remove content or suspend services that we reasonably believe violate this policy, and we will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities and valid copyright/DMCA notices.

5. Billing, renewals & pricing

Services are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout (for example, monthly). Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD); local-currency amounts shown on the site are estimates and the charge is taken in the billing currency of your invoice.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling before your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

Failure to pay may result in suspension and, after a grace period, termination and deletion of your server data.

6. Refunds

We offer a [72-hour] money-back guarantee on your first order of a new service, provided the service has not been used in breach of these Terms. To request a refund, contact us within the guarantee window.

Renewals, add-ons, custom work, and services cancelled after the guarantee window are non-refundable except where required by law. [Adjust this policy to match what you can actually honour — keep it consistent with the FAQ.]

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your service immediately if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if your use poses a security, legal, or operational risk to us or other customers. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy.

You may cancel your service at any time from the client area. On termination your right to use the service ends and we may delete associated data after a reasonable period.

8. Backups & your data

While we may provide backup features, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of your server data, worlds, and configurations. We are not liable for loss of data, and backups are provided on a best-effort basis unless your plan states otherwise.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bleed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the [3] months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Bleed harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from your use of the services or your breach of these Terms, including claims brought by third parties in respect of content you host.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the website or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales / your jurisdiction], and the courts of [jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
